I've used this company twice. The first time Jim came out. Jim was on time, very professional, knowledgeable and fast. The second time, Brad came to service a leak and replace a garbage disposal. He was very professional, funny and knowledgeable. The clean up after the work was done, they wore booties..... highly recommended!Noelle(she answers the phone)is always helpful, professional and she follows through on her word when she states... Rauer plumbing as got the best office staff! Phone calls are answered quickly and questions are handled professionally. Plumber not only came out and fixed the problem he explained the cause and how to prevent. Rauer plumbing is the best!
