I dropped off 2 winter coats and requested a pick-up for the next day which the cashier told me was fine and marked it on my receipt accordingly. I went back the next day after 5pm and no coats. Debbie, any employee, called the plant but couldn't get an answer where my coats were as it was after hours. She apologized for the inconvenience and told me she'd leave a note for Nathan, the manager, to call me in the morning when the coats were there. At 10:40 I called Nathan who told me the coats were there. I explained I was waiting for a call from him and was disappointed in no call. My first time going there & they got my wool & slik perfectly clean! Not to mention, they got the cigarette smell out of my wool pants I got from an estate sale. Totally pleased, I'll be back

I went here to get a Children’s suit pressed. It was a jacket,pants, shirt and tie -while the service I have no issues with, It was definitely the price. It came out to $31 to not launder -only press a Children’s suit. I think it’s a bit expensive, and probably will not be utilizing them again.
