Dr. Ferguson and the staff are super helpful. I even moved my Mom over to their practice. For years, I would pick glasses that I liked but didn't look good on me. Their staff is helpful, and I have started toward glasses that are the right size and look good. They helped me understand my Mom's Medicare diabetic visit and what is covered by her insurance. Over the years we had double coverage. The staff navigated and explained the pros and cons of the benefits of each plan and helped us use the most cost-effective options from each of the plans. They have fixed my kid's glasses countless times for free. They are the best.

Dr.Ferguson is THE best eye doctor I've ever been to, and I've been to my fair share after being diagnosed with glaucoma at 37 years old. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, takes the time to answer all of your questions and you can tell he really cares about his patients. After seeing about 6 doctors plus having surgery on my eyes, i went and saw Dr.Ferguson after several people referred him to me. Dr.Ferguson was able to get my glaucoma under control without any more surgical intervention. He truly is the best! His staff is amazing as well. Very friendly, helpful and highly competent.

I always have a great experience here! I never wait too long from what I remember and I went in today to get my glasses fixed because I accidentally broke a part and luckily I still had warranty and insurance so the lady gave me new frames and placed my prescription lenses inside the new frames in just a few minutes! That lady always does a great job at fixing my glasses so quick. I've broken my glasses before and they usually are able to fix them the same day with a short wait period maybe only once I had to drop them off and I think it was because it was the weekend.
