Our thermostat abruptly stopped working on our unit. I left a message after hours. I was contacted the next morning and a technician was scheduled to come out within a few hours. The technician was nice, efficient, and knowledgeable. He installed a new thermostat and got our home comfortable again. I will always use Perfect Climate.
