- Easy to work with - Very fair pricing, lower than most - Attention to detail - Integrity - Timeliness - Workmen don't constantly use profanity like many crews do - Multigenerational family and friend workforce - Quick to address concerns, always ready with new ideas if changes are needed - Highly skilled, experienced, and knowledgeable - Strive to make customer happy CDC built a 20.5'x30' garage/shop/shed addition to our home, including reroofing the existing home to match the new addition, pouring and extending a new concrete patio, and adding a new concrete side driveway. Project was completed in just 5 weeks. They worked with me to minimize the cost by letting me pick and choose parts of the project that I could do myself while still warranting all of their work (even if mine affected theirs). I enjoyed meeting and working alongside the crew sometimes. For future projects, CDC will be my first phone call. Highly recommend.

They are amazing! We had a concrete patio installed and added on to the house, and they did an incredible job for us.
