All the staff were wonderful. When Freddy came out to temporarily put my broken garage door down, he was forthcoming and understanding about a new door. Brittany is super nice and worked with me to get just the door I wanted. I went with them because of Freddy, and stayed because of Brittany.
We recently had duct work cleaning through Steinhardts and ServPro.Our 2 service representatives were friendly and very professional. They explained everything they were doing and answered all questions. Throughout the process they kept us updated and after they were finished they went over everything they did. They also left the house clean and orderly. Steinhardts and ServPro should be very proud of these individuals.

He showed up on time, was very courteous, cleaned up behind himself and was fair priced. We had multiple things taken care of. He replaced kitchen sink and drain due to rusting, bathroom drain with rust problem and replaced a toilet with a rusted through flange. I will be recomending to anyone looking for a good plumber! Absolutely pleased with him and his work.
