This was a great company 20 years ago.I went to take some screens to have repaired and the building is abandoned. Read some these reviews and this is a very sad sign of the times. What a terrible shame.

Would like to file criminal charges of fraud and theft against this owner but that would mean filing in Florida.. since he's living off of everyone's hard earned money that he swindled. Total scumbag!!!

Jack's windows are cheaply made and they are over priced. Shop with more reputable companies such as Andersen and Felco window services. Their prices are more expensive but their windows are better quality. You get what You pay for!
