“Carlos at Mr. Freeze has been taking care of our home for years. They have installed a new water heater, air conditioner and most recently a new furnace, not to mention the service calls they took care of at a moments notice. His staff are very professional and really nice to work with. We have an oversized 80 gallon water heater because of our Jaccuzi bathtub and they replaced it fast and perfectly. Our old furnace was in a tight space in the laundry room but Bob made it look so easy replacing it with the new one. They had to reroute some pipes and had no problem with it and made the area look like neat. Carlos also installed a Smart thermostat and we love it. We can control our house temperature while on vacation and have the peace of mind that everything is running as it should. And I know I mentioned the service calls but Carlos is very committed to them. We have had an issue at night that could've waited until the next day but Carlos insisted on coming out right away to take care of it. I am one that does my research and you can't beat the price of product and professional workmanship from this company. I could go on and on but hopefully this review will help someone get great service and have a comfortable house to enjoy.“
