Eugene was very responsive and communicated with professionalism and accuracy. I wasn't able to get to the store when they opened, so he accommodated me by letting me drop off my area rug a half hour before they opened. He did the same when it was time for me to pick up. I've had this rug close to 30 years and when I got it home it looked practically brand new. I forgot how dark the colors were. It's gorgeous. The picture doesn't do the rug justice. Hopman Rug Cleaners came to do the common areas at the office complex where I work. A couple of our private offices had some stains that needed trending to so they took the extra time to clean in our offices as well. Carpet looks new again and very reasonably priced! Thank you again!
