Becky explained every step of my nose piercing and made me feel so comfortable. Afterwards she then explained how to care for my piercing and even offered to help me change the jewelry when it was time.

I got my nipple piercings here and I was blown away with his customer service. The piercer was so thorough and friendly. I felt comfortable and assured the whole time. Completely knowledgeable of what was happening and why and the after care as well. I tipped generously.
