“I have used Monroe for many years for exterior and interior pest control. Two weeks ago I disturbed a yellow jacket nest in the ground. I was stung 16 times. I called Monroe the next day and Bill was sent the following day. Bill was so personable and concerned for my wellbeing. I walk with a walker and he helped me go outside to show him the location of the nest and then helped me go back in the house.
