We have an older house built in the 50's and it desperately needed new flooring. We really wanted to support local so we checked out Hometown Floors in Griffith and loved their selection. They came out, took their measurements, and helped us narrow down our choices. Once we selected a style, made the deposits, and scheduled our installation date everything went very smoothly. The crew came out, ripped everything out, and had roughly 99% of the new floor installed all in the first day. My husband and I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff is well educated and extremely friendly. This company turned a bad experience ( basement got water in it after a bad storm, all carpet was ruined ) to a fantastic experience. We will be using them for all of our flooring needs from now on! My wife and I worked with Tonya and Mike in the store. They were friendly and just pleasant to work with, even after some changes and rescheduling we had made.
Installer on the first project was Dennis who completed a ceramic tile job for our kitchen remodel project on time and without any issues.
With the quality of the material, excellent craftsmanship, and the goal being low maintenance we just completed finishing our living room with ceramic tile. We had Dennis again by request who brought Seth to help. There were six walls plus two entryways = a lot of tile and came out awesome.
