I chose this plumber based upon our first phone conversation where he displayed a very high level of knowledge, passion and personal care. I was not wrong. I made the right choice. Gary Downing is a 1 man operation, and a wonderful person, with over 40 years of plumbing experience and he has since done several more plumbing jobs for me. I fear the day when he retires.FYI: The few negative reviews posted here are not accurate, there’s another plumbing company in NWI called Downing plumbing and those reviewers are leaving their review for the wrong company.

I have been using Gary on my rental properties for last 6 years, he has never failed to accomplish any task, in my absence he meets tenants, completes the work and gives me a super fair price. They guy is quick, courteous, reasonably priced and as long as he is in business I have zero reasons to seek another plumbing contractor. Thank you for all you have done for me.
