Worst eye center EVER! I took my glasses to the CROWN POINT office for REPAIRS ONLY. They broke my glasses. They hid what they did. A month after they ruined my glasses if it wasn't for me stopping by the criown point office I wouldn't have known that they broke the bridge and scratched the lenses. They did not have the courtesy to call me and let me know that they had destroyed my glasses. I paid almost $800.00 for my glasses. Instead repairing my glasses they scratched the lenses and broke the bridge. Long story short. TWO months into the situation they called me one day saying that I can pick up my glasses all ruined and that I had to pay for the mistakes they did and repair my glasses. NOT COOL!
Horrible customer service. I was told by a woman at the desk that told me it was her last day and she could not find my daughter's insurance. I went home and called my insurance provider and when I contacted Moses back they had found my insurance. Then I scheduled another appointment where I was quoted a price for my daughter and my glasses. They forgot to order my glasses and told me it was because they didn't make it through quality control. I said it sure would be funny if my daughter's glasses also failed quality control. Oops they forgot to order those. Finally after 5 weeks I call them to find out the glasses came in. I went to pick them up determined to not be upset. I was informed that I was under quoted and that I owe more money. I paid and was upset because I didn't miss quote myself. Now I received a phone call that they need to charge me more $? How am I to be held accountable for your mistakes and when will your company hold itself accountable for its mistakes?
