When we discovered we may have an issue with our roof, we contacted several firms. Nick at Watergate immediately called back to set up an appointment to assess the current roof. He found several issues and sent a quote for the replacement the next day. The team arrived exactly when they were expected and began. They were very careful with the many plantings around the house, protecting them all from the debris from the old roof removal. They were able to complete the entire job in one day. We had leakage from the roof above our sunroom. Watergate quickly found the problem and got a team here to replace that section of the roof. Most impressively, there was some damage to the roof ridge, and although we couldn’t be certain if it was accidental damage during the fix or from high winds during a severe storm, Watergate repaired the ridge at no cost to us. Lastly, they connected us with a fantastic mason who repaired chimney damage Watergate discovered during the roof repair.

I'm here to yell from the rooftop that this is an awesome company to work with. Communicative, thorough, honest and downright good people from start to finish. My project was a smaller one, but I was treated with the same level of respect and attention as if it were a larger one. Thanks Watergate!!
