We were very happy with Millie, she kept us updated as to when the different crews would arrive and they did a beautiful job on the house . Cleaned up after each project. I would use her and her company again
Went back and forth on 4 or 5 stars. Given the current contractor pool I think it's only fair to give 5 stars. Price was fair. Hard to tell how everything will hold up, but the roof looks great & ultimately performance and customer service was there (Eventually). My one critique is please please please find the budget for a secretary or office manager to help with communication. The process was much more stressful than it should had been given the slow/inconsistent response times. Thank you Nick & team for the new roof & I hope to see you all again for future roof jobs.
