Friendly and knowledgeable interaction by phone to set up an intervention appointment. Brad, came to the house, was on time and did his work thoroughly and quickly. He took time to explain what he had done and gave tips for avoiding future infestations, told me what to expect, and reaffirmed the company's 90-day warranty agreement. Waiting for the hornets to meet their maker now - Brad said they're living on borrowed time!

Very knowledgeable and honest. Brad, the service manager was on time. Did a good job of X explaining our termite situation and did a great job. Very detailed and thorough in their inspections and treatment. Highly recommend.

We were on an extended trip and away from our house for about a month and unfortunately had some mice move in. After unsuccessfully trying to coax them out on our own, we turned to Trio Pest Control to help us out. Their responsiveness and overall service was top-notch. We saw near immediate results. We also appreciated the fact that Brad came back out to our house to check and re-bait the boxes. Would highly recommend Trio and Brad for your mice control needs.
