My sister went here to get a pedicure for her high school senior photos. The business moved our appointment without checking with us. When my sister got there, she found out they didn’t book her appointment and the lady that was supposed to do her pedicure was already doing somebody else. The ladies working there laughed at my sister and made her feel stupid for a mistake the business made. No girl should ever go home crying because she couldn’t get ready for her senior photos. Overall a lack of respect towards customers. We will never go here again.

Scheduled an appointment for my daughter online and the appointment was changed by the staff to another time on the same day. Upon arriving for the updated appointment, the staff did not acknowledge her. As it happens, they double booked and then refused her service as they had already started the person who arrived after her. Heather just chuckled and did not offer to fix the problem. My daughter left in tears because this appointment was specifically booked for her senior pictures.

This was a terrible experience for my mom and me. We both had deluxe pedicures. Neither of us had any soak time before the techs started working, but did get to soak one foot at a time. Both techs tried to use the razor blade on our calluses and were shocked when we declined, despite their use being illegal in Indiana for years now. Then they took a few passes with a pumice, just enough to make the bottom of our heels very rough and scratchy. The rest was ok at best, polish looked fine but I missed what made it a deluxe. Cost was high and techs were slightly rude and pushy. We got home and realized that my nails were not filed and had wonky, sharp points! They caught on the sheet as I slid into bed that night, it was a very disappointing experience.
