I had a great experience here. I got a French manicure and a pedicure and am so pleased with the results. Candice was my nail tech and she was fantastic! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a little pampering.
The quality of the services I've had at Robert's are great, including fashion hair color and facial. The building could stand to be updated and cleaned up a bit. I have one big complaint - you cannot add a tip to your credit card payment. This is not explained when you book appointments, and when I asked if it's a no-tipping salon I was told that stylists can accept tips, but the response felt intentionally vague. This is just annoying and confusing. It's also an inconvenience to clients if you don't carry cash or use a payment app.Service: Hair coloring
I got a facial and a sugar scrub. For $100 for each service I was very underwhelmed. I felt like my service provider didn’t know exactly what they were doing. The fluorescent facial light was kept on my face for the entire two hours I was there. Procedures were poorly explained and a lot of the bathroom facilities were outdated.
