If you are needing physical therapy definitely consider Milestone! Brad and Dave are both fantastic. They put together a solid plan to help fix my problem. I definitely will return if any future injuries come about.

Brad and Dave are very good at what they do. They reviewed my doctor's notes and went over every detail before designing the best plan for my recovery. I was amazed at how fast I progressed under their program. If I ever need PT services again, this is where I'm going. Highly recommended.

I’m normally not one to fill out a review. Although this place changed my mind.I’ve had some on and off hip pain for the past few months. I figured it was due to excessive CrossFit movements and my age catching up to me. Plus I don’t always stretch well before a workout. In early November I decided to connect with Brad and see how I could get an appointment.For the last six weeks I’ve been coming to Milestone Physical Therapy once or twice a week to help my TFL.
