Ryan was incredible! Very thorough and quick to double check our furnace. I will call him again for future services. Johnson did a great job making sure we want to be their customer for a long time.
Roy quickly diagnosed what the problem was with the outside AC unit and took care of it. He explained things very well and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He cleaned the unit inside and out while stressing the importance of keeping it maintained. I appreciated his work and his knowledge. Thank you.
If you are able to ask for Roy, I highly recommend! He was prompt at fixing the issues we’re having, very intelligible on all things HVAC, and provided a lot of good information on general maintenance that I haven’t received before.
