Employees are smart mouthed, finally spoke to the manager Stephen and he laughed about me mentioning this to him. Will be buying from Menards next door. New management maybe? Didn't used to be like this at this location at least.
This is my third strike out at this particular Home Depot so I guess it's time to review but I do not like doing negative reviews. When I lived in Tucson, Home Depot worked for me all the time. I was a regular customer purchasing all kinds of home supplies. But back home in Indiana it just hasn't worked out for me. I just can't find what I'm looking for or they do not carry the products I need in their inventory. Today I was wanting to buy two items. A Black & Decker weed eater or trimmer/edger which their web site they had but in their store there were only two brands neither of which was B&D. If you need extended warranty, do NOT buy it through Home Depot. We purchased the 5-Year extended warranty on our LG Washer and have had NOTHING but problems. Our washer has been down for 2 months now and I've had to call them 6 times to TRY and get it serviced. NO ONE HAS BEEN TO MY HOME YET TO EVEN TROUBLESHOOT THE WASHER. Extra fun side info - You can ONLY go through Home Depot for the warranty to be valid. Sounds fine until you try to schedule with one of these clowns. Their "preferred" appliance repair providers are a JOKE.
