Great experience at Hamilton Facial Plastic Surgery with a great friendly staff of ladies out front and ofcourse with the great Dr. Mark Hamilton which whom we have known & done business with since 1999 when he was first a apprentice. He's a great guy and a great Plastic Surgeon. Just a great bunch of folks.
Dr Hamilton is a wonderful surgeon, his bed side manor is impeccable. The front office staff goes above & beyond. And Lauren ( nurse injector) is wonderful, she is professional, and funny. She puts you at ease & definitely knows her stuff. I highly recommend the entire staff for any of your needs/ wants. Could not imagine going anywhere else.
From the time you make your first call you will be received with courtesy and respect. Once you arrive at the office the respect and courtesy continues 100%. Dr. Hamilton has had the insight to staff the office with those that understand what customer service still is in todays world. It was such a pleasure dealing with the group. All of my questions were answered and everything was explained so that I knew exactly what to expect. I highly recommend Dr. Hamilton and his Staff if you are needing any of the services they offer.
