Very friendly and helpful staff including an emotional support dog that my kids loved. This place is super clean and very beautifully decorated with gorgeous chandeliers. Facilities were clean and stocked. They had a lounge area. The funeral was beautiful and classy and went smoothly and the staff took care of everything. I would recommend them to anyone. We end up leaving a cell phone behind and live 3.5 hours away from funeral home when we called 1.5 hours after service had ended to see if they had phone, they were getting ready to leave or had already left and actually came back to unlock doors and waited for us to get there to get the phone since we were going back...read full review
