I recently had a visit to the Franklin Animal Clinic on Madison Avenue. Bruce my cat needed his shots and needed his ears taken care of. The lady that took care of him did a really good job and they were so nice and so was the veterinarian. Bruce feels a lot better with his ears. Thank you for taking care of him.
I've been going here with 13 of my pets for the last 8ish years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Jordan is killer and the staff is phenomenal. Prices are reasonable and affordable. We have 4 pets left and we will continue to bring them here for all they're care.
Previous experience at local vet "hospital" left us highly dissatisfied (they spent more time arguing about if dog was current on Rabies vax than looking at dog; then prescribed only external antibiotic when both that & internal was needed).
Dr. Jordan at Franklin in Greenwood spent time with what seems like much more accurate diagnosis & provided treatment plan. Plan is much more expensive than I'd hoped, but they all are. Getting our beloved animal all fixed up is way more important. "Hospital" provided no plan - or hope.Thank you Dr. Jordan... read full review
