I have taken laptops to Finchum's 3 times for service; I have been pleasantly surprised all 3 times. They were able to fix the same problem that Best Buy was not capable of fixing. They are also much faster than expected.
Ryan is prompt with communication and very efficient in fixing any IT issues. He's been extremely helpful for our dental practice and we highly recommend his services, especially for businesses or clients looking for an IT contact to have on hand for day-to-day problems that arise!
I came back to the office after running some errands, and my computer had crashed. The SSD was completely unreadable. I didn't want to go to Best Buy, and I'm new to the area, so I took a chance on Finchum's, and William was fantastic.
I knew enough about computers to diagnose the issue, but I didn't have the resources to fix it. William understood that and treated me with respect that I wouldn't necessarily get elsewhere. I'll definitely be back for any future computer issues I come across, and I'll be sending my friends to Finchum's too.
