NEVER BOOK HERE I should’ve looked at the reviews before booking because they definitely should be shut down! The first time I got my hair done I SPECIFICALLY said I HATE how it’s dark at the top in this picture, venezia gave me all dark at the top ? I brushed it off because the rest was cute . Yesterday I came back to get my regrowth to match the rest of my hair for my vacation .I was quoited a price before coming in then as soon as I sat down she informed me what I wanted was 30$ more so I paid the rest of the money and still didn’t get what I wanted . Got my hair done with Alexis, told her I hated the highlighted look with black hair and that’s what she did so I went back since I was getting married within a few weeks, second time around she left me with orange yellow untoned hair not to mention super damaged. spent $700+ to end up with frizzy nest like hair. got blocked on social media after posting I was sad about my hair (never tagged her or mentioned her, it was not meant as a jab at her) but I guess I should’ve read reviews beforehand since it seems she does this often instead of trying to fix the situation.Update: Alexis took the time to text me and try to gaslight me and call me a liar when I have screenshot... read full review
Omg I paid over 300 and have yellow hair now. That was the worst experience of my life and now I will have to go pay another 300 to have my hair fixed this week. What a disaster..zero stars. This place should be shut down.
