Donnie showed up when he said he would and was easy to work with. Tom followed up with scheduling our work and kept in touch throughout the process. Sherrod and his coworker completed the work on our home. They did a great job, cleaned up everything at the end of each day, and were so good at explaining what was being done. We had a great experience and would definitely use DC Roofing again in the future.

DC Roofing recently replaced the roof on my mom's home. The insurance adjuster initially said only a few shingles needed to be replaced. DC Roofing had replaced the roof on our son's house last year and he was very satisfied with the work, so we asked Danny to take a look at my mom's roof. He said the entire roof needed to be replaced due to storm damage and when the adjuster came out again, he concurred. Danny was extremely thorough in the report submitted to the insurance company - other than her deductible, my mom only paid $400 out of pocket since Danny was able to get just about everything paid by the insurance company. For a year I have fought with my HOA, insurance company, and siding company to replace/repair 6 pieces of siding on my home. Insurance co that I was with said I couldn’t put the existing pieces up (I had all the pieces), HOA said the pieces all had to match, but that required me to special order (and it’s been on back order). I decided to leave that insurance group and went to another. This insurance company was going to have to cancel me if the siding didn’t get put up in a week, understandably so.
