Logan was just out for a maintenance call, and I couldn't be more pleased!! He took the time to answer all of my questions, and believe me, there were A LOT. I don't think I've had an interaction with a more knowledgeable tech! He really knows his stuff. 🙂 Although he wasn't able to complete my repairs (through no fault of his own), he made sure I was in contact with the right folks in the office to make arrangements to get my system fixed.
