If I had the option to give zero stars I would. Been customers for years… they are rude to customers, they send out invoices years later and they don’t have paperwork showing specifically the breakdown of charges. Extremely unorganized, prejudice against customers of color. When they are in the wrong they won’t take accountability for their actions. In the office, Jerry the owner allowed Chris to get in a woman’s face being very aggressive, cursing, and yelling. Chris cussed us out over the phone when we simply just wanted explanation for the bill.
