I cannot say enough about the quality of the customer service provided by this company. I'm very thankful that they were able to respond to my request immediately. They provided me with a very masterful technician who provided me a great heating air conditioning service. The service that this company provided was totally impressive. Thanks a lot.
The first company I called spent 2 hours diagnosing my issue and quoted me $1500 to replace the compressor, which was near the end of a 10-year warranty, with a 1- month warranty on the work. They "strongly recommeded" that I replace the entire outside unit for $6000. I called Allegiance because they offered a free 2nd opinion. They had a technician at my home within 3 hours. Gilbert determined in about 15 minutes that the compressor was low on refrigerant and going out. In another 30 minutes he had it working well enough to keep my house COLD until the parts arrived. He was amazing and explained everything as he was doing it. Mind you, there was no charge for this visit. Allegiance quoted me $1547, after a veterans discount, with a 2-year warranty on the refrigerant and workmanship. This also included a new contactor, filter/dryer, expansion valve, and schrader valves. Jacob arrived a few days later with the parts and had everything done within 3 hours. He also leveled up the outside unit better which was badly needed. He was also amazing. Both technicians were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and explained everything in great detail. The office staff were equally amazing responding to my questions almost immediately, after hours, via text message. They offered a maintenance plan for $17/month that includes 2 bi-annual visits with too many ammenities to list here. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Allegiance and wish I could give 10-stars.
Technician was knowledgeable and very helpful on helping me make a decision on purchasing a new unit or fixing the existing one. Both were priced amazing. Ended up just replacing everything, even fixing the duct work. Added some new floor vents & was very thorough on the install as well as the cleanup job. Would recommend to everyone.
