Gary is always incredibly responsive and goes the extra mile to ensure the problem is fixed and you know the root cause. He has been to our home 3 times in the past 6 months for a freezer repair, washer and then dryer. I will say that he will give you the honest opinion if you should just buy new or repair the appliance.
