Absolutely amazing everytime! My dog has huge anxiety and gets so nervous but Taylor does an amazing job with him each and every time. Cant be more happy with the service and detail. They were full once so I took him someone else as he needed a cut badly and man let’s just say I will wait for as long as I need the next time around ?

Today was the first visit to Paws but wont be our last. Im new to being a cat parent. Abby's nail got too long for her and she tapped her nails on the hard wood floors as she walked. I tried to trim her nails, but she wouldnt let me get near her with the clippers. I was in today, the lady was grooming a dog, got another lady to take over as she greated us and had her nails cut in mins. I am overall amazed at this place. Very nice and kind to customers and their pets. Thank You for your Excellant Service.

Happy as can be with Paws and Refresh Pet Spa. Ashley and everyone there were so very professional, caring, and helped our pets look and feel amazing! We gave them a chance with our miniature poodles since we did not want the typical poodle cut, and they did exactly as we asked. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend them to anyone.
