Jakes came to our rescue, yet again. My Father has Alzhiemers and flushed incontinence supplies down the toilet. Our Technician Chris, did an awesome job getting things working again. He even cleaned up all the mess. We will definitely be using Jake's again. Now if only they had a frequent fliers discount.
The tech came out within a 24 hour of request for a water heater repair. I am post operation and have my father helping deal with it. The tech was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and was helpful. I have a build in for a tankless water heater and will be using Jake’s when I am ready to invest in that system.
I had a gas meter replaced and the tech from the gas co. found a leak leading to my oven do, he had to "lock" the meter. Jake's came right away to correct it. I appreciate their prompt, friendly service!
