West Central Veterinary Services - Greencastle

This facility is always compassionate, kind, and very loving toward our kitties. We arrived 40 minutes early and they checked us in and got us seen within 10 minutes of checking in. They are speedy, careful, and make sure you leave with no questions. Overall extremely satisfied!!

We had to put our dog down and the folks at WCV were above and beyond compassionate and considerate. They brought us directly to the procedure room, allowed us to pay in the room instead of having to wait at the counter afterwards, and allowed me to be as involved with my pup throughout the procedure as I was comfortable with. The staff had me drive around to the back to pick him up after it was done and were very considerate the entire time. All of these little things made for a very private and peaceful experience during a tough procedure. I would recommend this vet group to anyone!!!

We have been bringing our 3 dogs here for years, and they have always been greatLast Monday we had to put down my boy Duke. He was a 14 year old resce, that was my best friend for 10 years. It was so heart breaking to say goodbye to such a great friend..Yesterday we received a cast mold of his paw print and a card they made for us. My wife opened it up and we all started balling.Thank you so much for all you do.
