I'm incredibly thankful for the service Alan provided. He cleaned-up my laptop and was able to install some extra RAM. I'm running at super-sonic speed now! Price of work done was fair and affordable. too. I highly recommend him for any computer repair or service needed.

They are super friendly and offer several services. The last trip I made there was to simply drop off a package for UPS pickup. They also can help with shipping UPS in general, not just drop off service. In the past, They have fixed my computer, and they also repaired my son's phone. I definitely recommend using HOP Solutions!

The owner is SO SO nice! I always ship ANY returns I have through him, once he even stayed 5 mins past close so I could return this and not miss the deadline! -VERY kind!Goes the extra mile! And always has a smile! I’d ship through him first ovwr post office, even if I had to wait for some reason. Hard to find old school business like this!
