I used to take my pets to Kryder...used to is the operative statement here. I now take them to a Vet in Michigan for service. Perfect example of why...I just went into Kryder to register my pets in St Joseph Count because the Humane Society website says you can to do it at ANY vet. Kryder followed this guidance and did it last year since my vet is in Michigan. The attendant looked at me like it was an imposition since I wasn't a customer. This IS exactly why I took my pets elsewhere...increasing prices, limited hours and waning customer service.

There was miscommunication regarding to the appointment. They took the $75 for not showing but they gave me the wrong month and expected me to show up there. When I told them there was a mistake and I asked if I could take our dog back then she said to pay another $75 if I want to reschedule again. Will never go to this vet because you can tell all they care is money. They wont work with you and the lady was extremly rude when you did not show up. Once again I comfirmed the month with her while I wrote everything down on my calendar and she said yes. The lady should take some of the responsibilities for it instead of telling me that its my fault and taking the money without providing any service. Its just unacceptable.

...I am not reviewing this veterinarinanI WANTED TO JUST ALERT PET PARENTS THAT ONE OF THE 'VETS' THAT WAS ABUSING ANIMALS.....MELISSA O'BRIEN... IS NOW WORKING AT THE CENTER FOR ANIMAL HEALTH IN EDWARDBURG, MICHIGAN.
