Amazing results....just completed therapy on two total knee replacements that were six weeks apart. By the end of the fourth week from each surgery Payal had my Range of Motion at 135 degrees on both knees. The knees were significantly different in terms of strength going into surgery, due to a prior injury, and responded to surgery differently as a result. Payal took all of this into account and tailored varying exercise programs that focused on the unique needs of each knee while producing identical results. She always took the time to explain why I was doing what I was doing. Her explanations were crystal clear, easily understood and always delivered with patience and a caring attitude....she pushed as necessary but in an encouraging and understandable way. Her personality is delightful and she was an absolute joy to work with. I actually looked forward to each session....the personal one on one hour long attention and constant movement, I'm thinking, would be virtually impossible to replicate anywhere else. I always felt Payal was equally, if not more so, invested in a successful outcome for me than I was. Total Care Rehab is a small therapy facility but would be my only choice if I ever had the need for physical therapy of any sort in the future....can't thank Payal enough for her professional, kind, caring and gentle spirit. Walking again like I never thought would be possible. Thanks again to Payal for all her help.

My experience with Total Care Rehab was excellent!! I just finished 13 weeks of physical therapy with Payal and she is WONDERFUL!! She was very patient, kind and thoroughly explained the purpose of each exercise. She pushed me hard enough to get me where I needed to be with my knee, hips and back but never more than I could handle. Payal even went above and beyond in dealing with our insurance company. I'm very grateful for how much better I feel thanks to Payal but I will miss our weekly talks during my therapy sessions! I highly recommend Total Care Rehab!!
