“I have been tanning for YEARS & have been pretty disheartened lately with the choices. You can pay up to $48 for one session on a high end bed & 2 or 3 bulbs are out. They don’t give you your money back when this happens. I came to Tans Down Under & the most expensive bed is more than reasonable in price. The bulbs are always in good shape. Not to mention, the owner & the workers are very friendly & fun to talk too. This is now my go to. I love it here.“

“I've tanned here a few times now. It's pretty nice. Very clean everywhere. I like that they have a mirror in each room, along with a chair. Prices are reasonable. I usually do the first level for twenty minutes for ten bucks. I'm pleased to see they haven't raised their prices so much like Malibu has.“

“Another example of why I adore this salon. Their customer service is unmatched. Called me to tell me the stylist I was booked with was going over and offered me a new time or a new stylist. Being that I book stuff last minute usually and my schedule changes, I was more than willing to be flexible as possible with them. I ended up with a haircut from Katelyn, who worked with me through my long term hair goals as well as short term services to make my hair look its best. “Great variety of tanning services. I've always had pleasant experiences with the ladies working the front desk. I tend to ask a lot of questions about their packages (some of the pricing can be confusing), but they always are willing to help me find what I'm looking for. I don't love their membership setup, and the cancellation policy is a bit tricky, but I haven't encountered any issues at all with starting/pausing/canceling my membership at any point. Plus, they even give you a thoughtful handwritten note and coupons when you sign up. I refer lots of friends here and will continue to go to Malibu Tan!“
