He was very professional, informative and takes great pride in his work, clean-up and customer service. The first plumber I had out told me I would have to have someone come out check out my vent pipe as it was not drawing air up & out properly. Chris was able to quickly diagnose & replace a small section of vent pipe at the proper elevation which solved the problem. I probably saved hundreds by not having a Chimney person out.
