This is an amazing facility and we are glad we can go together as a married couple. The staff is courteous and the gym is clean. It has a great variety of cardio machine and for weights it has both high end weight machines and then a large selection of free weights, along with many more amenities and classes to take.

If you have no concerns about COVID, you should think twice before purchasing a membership here. Beacon has posted signs all over the facility advising that masks are required, but this is not enforced. It's not just a matter of one or two patrons catching a breather or taking a drink of water. During several of my visits, at least four people were completely unmasked for extended periods, and at least that number wore their masks over their mouths, not their noses. Only once did I not observe anyone completely unmasked. I spoke to the Director. She said she would try to improve the compliance, but after more than a week, there has been no improvement. In fact, my last visit was the most alarming. This is essentially a gym for people who think they are not at risk. What a shame.
