Even though I didn't leave a message, Scott called me back and asked if I was able to contact anyone. I said no, and he was quick to state he would be willing to come over and check my A/C out. No more than an hour later, he shows up, diagnoses the problem, and gets me up and running. He's very informative, explaining everything he does so that you will understand.
