Had my routine exam about a month ago! Staff was super lovely and great at explaining insurance and billing to me when I had some questions. The doctor I saw was also super kind and wonderful. If you’re looking for an optometrist this is a GREAT place to go!
I am editing my original review from 2020. I had an appt in 2023, at the new location. Can't say it was the same positive experience as the first time , but I was able to see the doctor and get renewed scripts, which is the goal. They are very affordable compared to other offices, and I will continue to go here.I made a same day appt to see Dr Austin for a yearly contact exam. The office staff was friendly and ready for me, very professional and answered all my questions. I was in and out within 35min, very very satisfied.
