I tried to return a pair of safety glasses due to them not fitting properly once I received them. I received them on a Friday and tried to return them on Monday having only wore them for maybe 7 minutes in a 4 day period. Their return policy states they can be returned within 30 days. The lady helping me was named Becky and she said since I tried them on to see if they would fit that they can no longer be returned and she was very rude about it. I will no longer be spending any money at walmart or its affiliates. If u r reading this then I suggest you go somewhere else.

Last year it was recommended after a school eye exam that my then 6 year old get a check up and consider glasses. I brought her here where they rushed the exam and said “all good.” Claiming she didn’t need glasses. After about another 6 months, I continued to notice her straining and really rubbing her tired eyes in the evening (more than a normal amount) so I made her another eye appointment but this time at Boling. First of all I called in to see if there was a wait. Joyce said no. Get there, there's a wait. In fact there had been a wait. She was very very rude. This is just yet another reason never to shop at this place!! Joyce if you hate tmyour job this bad retire, quit, just leave. Hopefully, they will get some employees who like there job.
