Impressed with how calming it was when I checked in. Very efficient check in. This was a fourth visit over time and they have always been efficient and solved our issue. Trace was efficient, professional and diagnosed my issue and provided meds to resolve it. Thank you for being a trusted health partner.
Booked my appointment the night before and arrived at designated time. Was seen promply by a Nurse Practitioner.
Everyone from reception area to the assistant and NP were top notch.
This is how to run an URGENT CARE .
Kudos
This has been my go-to spot for urgent care for my children and I. I can't recall a time where I had to wait a long time to be seen. Yesterday I came in as a walk-in, which is unusual for me. I waited maybe 5-10 minutes at most. Every time I go in, the nurse partitioner who I see is always caring, and takes care of the medical issue. Yesterday was the first time where I was told by the NP that she doesn't feel comfortable treating my medical issue and thought the ER would be more appropriate. She was right, it was ER worthy. I appreciate and trust her judgement and will continue to back for non ER medical issues!
