They were able to diagnose and treat an underlying condition I had no idea I had when I first made an appointment with their office looking for a new provider. “I got taken to Elkhart general via ambulance and they somehow triaged me below all the people in the lobby while they were playing on their phones while I was trying not to pass out from pain. The security guard helped me in to my car where I did pass out from pain so we could go to Goshen hospital. They were very kind and gave me updates on rooms opening and checked on me in the wheel chair. It was a 45 minute wait because they were at capacity but the doctor was immediately helpful and cared about my pain and symptoms. Truly a phenomenal staff here that seem to genuinely care. I left there still in pain but far less than I walked in and got multiple recommendations from the staff to prevent further injury. Thank you so much for helping me ??“
