I came in with back pain from lifting something too heavy with poor form. Jaime knew exactly what to do and throughout the course of six weeks gave me stretches to do, strengthening exercises to prevent it from happening again, and the knowledge of what was going on to be confident using the muscles that had been strained again. Highly recommend!

Jaime Applegate is an extraordinary PT! I worked with Jaime on a muscle strain which was causing pain. With our appointments and my at home exercises I know I no longer have any pain! Her expertise along with her instincts, make her a wonderful PT and I’d recommend her highly.

They patiently explained things in a way that made it easy to understand what happened to cause my injury and how certain treatment avenues would help, going as far as to explain the science behind said treatments. Thanks to their routines, I have a steady plan going forward on my own to help prevent future re-injuries!
