“Poor communication, poorly done job. They took a very long time to get back to me, then it was always someone who said that their boss had to approve this or that... when they finally did the job, a corner of the gutters wasn't sealed so constantly leaked/dripped, and the pitch is incorrect, so the water doesn't drain correctly. I contacted them about the gutters, someone came out and supposedly sealed a corner, but when I contacted them again about water not draining, no one ever responded. I would not use them again and would not recommend them to anyone else. (2 stars)LATER: After posting this review, I was contacted by the company. Someone came out and advised an additional downspout, which I agreed to ($75). When they installed the downspout, the installer dislodged corner pieces on my siding, which then required me to call them again and someone to come out and repair. The job is (hopefully) finally done, will see when spring comes and we have rain again. (now 4 stars, probably too generous)“
