I’m a drop in for the week and I can’t say enough good about this box. Facilities are great but the coaches and people are even better. Great classes and beyond welcoming. If you’re looking for a place with the community and coaching spirit of a great CrossFit this is your place. Their online scheduling sign up and payment is easy even for someone like myself who’s not the most computer savvy. Coach Kevin is really upbeat and knows his stuff. I’ll be back when I visit the area again!

Solid box and great workout. I was in town for business and they were happy to have me as a 1 day drop in. The coach and members were extremely welcoming.If you’re in town for business and need a great CrossFit style workout, this is the go to place.
