Beware of the fine print when purchasing. For $180.000 we got an apartment sized refrigerator, cheap stove, and the ship lap with fireplace that we paid extra for is uneven and off center. Siding is warped in certain areas. Measure standard sizes appliances before signing off on anything. We now have a mini fridge inside a giant cabinet.

Looking at reviews I try to look at what individuals are saying. First of all Commodore homes make both Manufactured Homes built to US Federal Spec HUD and they also build true Modular homes that are built to State Spec. I notice no one stating what home they bought? Hmm one review written by a relative of the owner? Hmm. Another caulking drywall? No insulation in Windows? Hmm Well anyway I looked at a bunch of homes manufactured and modular and for quality I liked Adventure Homes and Commodore homes. The Winner was Commodore though as they had a dealer that wanted to work! Clayton homes, you have to knock on the office door to see if anyone is working! So in the end... read full review
